Data collected for purposes of website analytics is retained for 26 months.

Data collected for marketing purposes may be retained for up to 7 years unless you request we delete it earlier.

If you enter into a contractual arrangement or complete a financial transaction with us we may retain information for up to 7 years to meet our legal obligations (for example under the Finances Act 2008).


Data you enter into forms on our website is shared with our website provider and our marketing and email cloud software provider. These providers process your data only according to our instructions and do not transfer your data to any other parties or use it for any other purpose. The data is not transferred outside the EEA and consequently is always protected by EU Legislation.

Web analytics data may be transferred to Google Inc in the USA where your rights and freedoms are protected by the EU-US Privacy Shield Treaty.
