Jamie is an FCA-approved manager with over 21 years of experience managing balanced commercial investment portfolios across the UK.

He enjoys creating long-term relationships with clients, with a view to becoming an established and trusted advisor. A decisive and effective fund manager, he consistently outperforms the benchmarks for all of his existing investment management clients.

With a particular expertise in managing long term endowment funds with investment objectives of long-term income and capital growth, Jamie brings a wealth of insight and experience to our company.

Matt Peake

Matt has over 20 years’ experience of managing commercial investment property portfolios for pension funds, charities and educational endowments, delivering long-term relative outperformance in each case.

Previously a fund manager at M&G Real Estate, CBRE Global Investors and TH Real Estate, he has a broad working knowledge across all commercial property sectors and an extensive network of market contacts developed within the industry.

A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an FCA Approved Person, Matt focuses on income as the principal driver of long-term returns, with astute stock selection and intensive asset management to add capital growth.

James is a commercial real estate professional with experience in a broad range of real estate activity. He brings the company a wealth of expertise in asset management and the transactional investment business.

His extensive experience in private equity fund management and multi-disciplinary private agency practice has given him responsibility for building teams, driving performance and delivering results at a senior management level, with an excellent contact network across the market developed over a 23 year career. This including his previous role at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, where James’ position as Director in Real Estate Advisory during an aggressive growth phase let him develop both revenues and connectivity across the network.

As a Partner, James brings a fundamental understanding of real estate as an investment product to our company.

Jo Leverett

Jo’s career has been focused on the residential property market primarily in the UK but also internationally. In the last 4 years she has built Cluttons international residential offering and has been advising on residential property developments in London and the wider UK.

Jo enjoys working closely with clients, developers and investors advising on sales, with particular expertise in international sales and extensive knowledge in local and international marketing strategies, to drive sales and investment performance. Prior to joining Cluttons Investment Management Jo was Head of international new developments at Savills.

Jo runs the Cluttons network of international offices from Barbados to our newly opened Maltese office.

Katie Whipp

Katie has over 10 years of experience in professional services business and client development, supporting fee earners in the delivery of £0.5 billion in fees. She brings a committed, client-focused approach to our client relationship management.

Previously Senior Business Development Manager at Clyde & Co, National Marketing and Business Development Manager at RSM UK, and Marketing and Business Development Manager at JLL, Katie has developed, implemented and managed a range of strategic global account programs. Her work on two separate customer engagement programmes saw double-digit growth in clients after the first year.

Her role at Cluttons Investment Management is to drive better performance and engagement with our clients, delivering on our commitment to provide the highest levels of client service. She is responsible for the development of our new client relationship model, reinforcing our commitment to placing clients at the centre of our business.

Simon Latham

Non-executive Chairman

Simon has over 30 years’ experience in investment management and capital markets, having been responsible for over £3 billion of assets in his career.

Through time spent with the ING International Business School in the Hague, The Academy of Chief Executives and Inside Global Executive Training, as well as his own experiences of top level management, he understands how to combine the management of physical assets, people and procedures to create teams capable of producing outstanding long term performance on behalf of their clients.

His role as Non-executive chairman of the Investment Management platform allows Simon to bring an insightful approach to our team.

Ian Harvey

Ian Harvey

Investment Management

Ian has spent over 30 years working in London’s investment management industry, with experience in business development and strategy, investment management and client coverage.

He has worked with a broad range of clients – including private and public pension funds, wealth managers, charities and endowments. Most recently Ian worked in the equity division of Stonehage Fleming, the multi-family office.
