All formal complaints should in the first instance be made directly to the regulated entity. Cluttons Investment Management (UK) LLP have a complaints handling procedure in place to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly, consistently and promptly. A copy of their internal complaint handling procedure will be available on request. Every effort will be made to resolve your complaint.

However, if you are not satisfied with the response provided, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
